The Difference Between Shopping Carts and Store Fronts
Monday, 15 October 2007

There is a big difference between shopping carts and store fronts that most new online business owners are not aware of. When starting an online business, it can be difficult to make a decision as to what shopping cart software to buy, because there are so many options available. Making the decision process even more confusing, there is a lot of software out there that calls themselves shopping carts but are actually store fronts.

So, what, exactly, is the difference between shopping carts and storefronts? Quite simply, shopping carts are placed on existing web sites while store fronts are the entire online retail store solution. In other words, when you use a shopping cart, you are placing code on your existing web pages that allows users to navigate through the shopping process. When you use a store front, you are creating the entire web site, including product catalogs, product descriptions, ordering systems, and shipping systems.

American Express Credit Cards
Tuesday, 05 June 2007

American Express is no small name in banking. For credit cards there is no one better then American Express that you can trust. Of course while the Master Card and the Visa card are useful all round the globe, the American Express credit cards are a mark of reliability throughout. Some people feel that credit cards are the best thing to happen in the world of money. Institutions like American Express reinstate this faith by offering quality services at reasonable rates.

Have the American Express Credit Card Power: The credit card is a really useful tool to have in your pocket, as it gives you the power to purchase more. However, the right kind of credit card is also very important. That’s because if you choose a credit card with a very high rate of interest you’ll end up paying more every month and there will seem no benefit of having a credit card at all. Also customer service is an essential component of a credit card-offering organization.

Invention Submission
Monday, 14 May 2007

Submitting inventions can be frightening. It’s something you’ve poured your life into, something you’ve produced with the power of your mind and the skill of your hands, and now the time has come to put it out into the real world. It’s no strange thing to be nervous at this point – and with good reason.

The first thing you’ll notice when you perform a web search for patent firms and invention submission companies is that there are a lot of them. Something you should be aware of is that a number of these may be scam artists or just simply not worth the money they’re asking. You can identify some of these by a few telltale signs – the most obvious of which is the old adage, “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”

Thursday, 22 March 2007

When you are in the market for a patio heater, it can be a smart idea to look at the Halogen type of heaters.  When you use a halogen patio heater, you are using one of the most energy-efficient and reliable heaters on the market.

Halogen heaters are widely used in places where spot heating is required, such as in large drafty warehouses or open animal pens.  This is because when a halogen heater is used, it can direct heat more efficiently, thus overcoming the fact that an area is not enclosed.  When you use the correct halogen patio heater for the size of your patio, anyone in the area of your patio will feel quite comfortable no matter what the temperature is outside.
