Companies can incorporate in the state the business is located or they can incorporate in Nevada or Delaware. Nevada offers a lower cost of incorporating unlike other states who charge a lot more then Nevada. Once another business sees a company as a corporation, the company is considered a lot bigger then it normally is. A corporation can be a one man show but to the public seem like a multimillion dollar company that employs hundreds of people.
Corporations tend to get better deals and discounts in areas such as equipment, automobile leases and purchases, as well as a host of other things. In today’s economy a corporation may also receive better health and dental insurance rates then an individual who seeks out this insurance on their own. Nevada offers better laws and regulations for corporations then other states. They are more lenient with taxes then other states are. Nevada offers more potential for the company to keep more and more of their profit. Incorporating in Nevada opens up more opportunities for the business owner. The business owner may notice that instead of having to constantly call different places to obtain credit, loans, and products, these companies will start calling the business to ask if the business needs anything. Most corporations don’t need to solicit things such as office supplies but they do need to show potential customers that they are a legitimate company who won’t disappoint once they earn their business. Nevada incorporation is more economical then other states.
